Metaullics manufactures, machines and sources graphite worldwide.This allows an expanded market to utilize our extensive engineering capabilities in a wide range of graphite applications. That's right! A new source from a company that has been in business for 50 years.

Machined Graphite

Extensive CNC machining capability backed by seasoned engineering experts allows us to assist customers in product design and cost reduction programs. Metaullics can provide high quality machined graphite parts for crucibles, molds, heater components, electrodes, dies, and many other applications. Graphite shapes up to 54" (1375 mm) in diameter and 120" (3050 mm) in length can be machined.

Specialty Graphite

Metaullics' specialty graphite plant is a leading manufacturer of high quality specialty graphite. Products include heat exchanger tubes, flux tubes, rocket nozzles, custom purification services and other specialty products.

Metaullics can purify any of its standard size tubes and rods. Ash content can be reduced to 0.002% (20 ppm). Additionally, outsourced materials up to 12" (305 mm) in diameter and 144" (3650 mm) in length can be graphitized, purified or heat treated.
